Furniture Purchase & Installation for Fitch Family Indoor Aquatic Center

The City of Ames is seeking bids from qualified vendors to purchase and install office furniture for the Fitch Family Indoor Aquatic Center. The furniture should be from a single manufacturer, with a proven record of product longevity, durability, and workmanship. The specified product will be HON, with no substitutions allowed. The vendor will be responsible for delivering, unloading, and moving all products into each location, and for installing the furniture. The project is expected to start on February 1, 2026, and must be completed by February 21, 2026. • The vendor must have a minimum of five years' experience specializing in designing, manufacturing, and servicing HON systems furniture. • The vendor must provide a detailed statement covering experience in similar work, and other equipment that will be used on the proposed work. • The vendor must provide a list of proposed major subcontractors and suppliers. • The vendor must comply with all laws and regulations applicable to the performance of the work.
