Intercity Transit Station w/ Addendum

The Advance Albany County Alliance (“Alliance”) will receive sealed proposals for the Intercity Transit Station RFP prior to 4:00 p.m. on Monday, March 23, 2026. Proposals received after this time will not be accepted. Printed proposals will be delivered to the Advance Albany County Alliance, 111 Washington Avenue, Suite 100, Albany, NY 12210, Attn: Kevin Catalno, Senior Vice-President and electronically by submitting to the e-mail address [email protected]. The Advance Albany County Alliance LDC is soliciting proposals from qualified construction, engineering, and architectural teams experienced in working on projects utilizing a design-build structure to develop a signature gateway building design to establish a high-performance, context-sensitive intercity transportation terminal that meets both functional and urban-design objectives at this key point of entry into the City of Albany, located at 106 South Pearl Street, Albany, New York. All respondents are required to provide their contact information to the Alliance so that they can be informed of all necessary information, including the notice of bid addenda via digital shared folder.
