The St. Tammany Parish Government is seeking a contractor to provide all adequate and competent labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary for the removal and replacement of existing structures to restore proper drainage, including installing or replacing drain pipes, cleaning existing ditches, driveways, and turnouts, and completing miscellaneous related work and sod restoration as specified along Cody Ln (R020028); located in Covington, Louisiana. The project classification is Highway, Street and Bridge Construction. The contractor must provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to complete the project within 45 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. • The contractor must submit a quote that includes all costs associated with the project, including labor, equipment, and materials. • The contractor must provide a certified copy of a corporate resolution or other written evidence of authority of the person signing the quote/proposal. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to licensing, insurance, and environmental protection. • The contractor must maintain accurate records of all changes to the contract documents during construction. • The contractor must submit shop drawings and samples for review and approval by the Parish.
