Description
The West Virginia Department of Education is soliciting bids to establish an open-end contract to provide various Adobe Education Academic Software and Services. The contract will be for one year with three possible one-year renewals. The contract requires the vendor to supply Adobe software and services, including Creative Cloud, Acrobat, and Adobe Sign, to the West Virginia Department of Education. The vendor must also provide white glove service for districts and sites.
• The contract will be awarded to the vendor submitting the most complete and lowest overall total bid meeting all required specifications and bid requirements.
• The vendor must provide quarterly reports and annual summaries to the Agency showing the Agency's items purchased, quantities of items purchased, and total dollar value of the items purchased.
• The vendor must designate and maintain a primary contract manager responsible for overseeing the vendor's responsibilities under the contract.
