Midwestern State University is seeking a Texas‑licensed electrical contractor to enter into an Indefinite‑Delivery‑Indefinite‑Quantity (IDIQ) Time‑and‑Materials/Unit‑Price contract for general electrical services across its Wichita Falls campus. The contract will be awarded on a best‑value basis, with no guaranteed minimum spend; the total ceiling for the initial 12‑month period is $75,000, with two optional one‑year renewals. Vendors must be able to respond to work orders within four hours of notification and submit detailed time‑sheets and invoices for payment within 30 days.
