Comstock and Yudof Retaining Wall Replacement

The University of Minnesota is seeking a construction services provider to replace the retaining wall at Comstock and Yudof Halls. The project involves remediation of failing dry-stack limestone retaining walls and associated sidewalks. The replacement design utilizes cast-in-place concrete with a cast stone veneer to provide modern structural integrity while maintaining the site's historic aesthetic. The selected respondent will be required to perform the work for a fixed, lump sum contract sum of $245,000.
