Lake Cushman Lease Appraisal Services

The City of Tacoma is seeking a professional services contract for Lake Cushman Lease Appraisal Services. The selected consultant will provide a written appraisal report to estimate the fair market value for the leased property and market rental rate of the entire lease area. The scope of services includes furnishing a written appraisal report, property information, and identification of extraordinary assumptions and hypothetical conditions. The City anticipates awarding a one-year contract with the possibility of extension. The project requires a qualified and Washington state-licensed real estate appraiser with at least 5 years of appraisal experience. • The appraisal report must comply with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and applicable state regulations. • The report should include an executive summary, market data sheets, and documentation to support the analysis and conclusions. • The City reserves the right to select one or more respondents to provide the services required. • The contract will be for a one-year period, with the possibility of extension or cancellation. • The City encourages the use of sustainability practices and environmentally preferable products or services.
