Description
Atlanta Public Schools is seeking qualified real‑estate appraisal firms to provide market‑value assessments, easement valuations, condemnation support, and related appraisal reports for its 83 school sites, 9 administrative sites, stadiums and other properties. The work will be on an as‑needed basis over a one‑year base contract with up to four optional one‑year extensions. All appraisals must comply with USPAP and Georgia licensing requirements, and vendors must be able to respond quickly (within 48 hours of notification) and attend virtual pre‑proposal meetings. Submissions are due online by 11:00 AM ET on 12 Nov 2026.
