Description
The USDA-FS CSA Northwest is seeking a contractor to provide prescribed burning services for the Wild Horse RX R6 Burn Support project. The project involves burning various areas using prescribed fire modules and other optional items of prescribed burning related work. The contractor will be required to provide all support listed in the schedule of items, including optional items. The government will provide all BURN Bosses. The period of performance for the project is from 02/18/2026 to 08/31/2028. The contractor will be notified of burn windows and reporting locations and times within 16 hours of an order.
* The contractor must quote on all line items to be considered for award
* The government will monitor burn windows and provide a reporting location and time within 16 hours of an order
* The contractor will be notified of changes to burn windows at least 6 hours in advance
* The contractor must provide services under the new burn window if the government changes a burn window and provides notice at least 6 hours in advance
