Description
The California Department of Water Resources is seeking a vendor to design, deliver, and support a PMBOK‑based project‑management training program and provide approximately 1,000 hours of consulting services to standardize and improve project‑management practices across the agency. The effort includes three core workshop tracks (Fundamentals, Applications, Essentials) delivered both in‑person and online, customized training manuals, and a suite of consulting deliverables such as project charters, risk registers, and after‑action reports. The contract is for a two‑year term beginning January 2027, with payment on a monthly invoicing basis.
