This solicitation calls for the complete removal and replacement of the metal ridge cap on the roof of Hangar B824 at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. The contractor must provide design, demolition, installation, and warranty support for the ridge‑cap, associated fall‑protection system, and lightning‑protection conductor, while complying with Air Force safety, environmental, and security requirements. The work is to be performed under a firm‑fixed‑price, single‑award contract with a 45‑day performance period.
• Remove existing ridge cap, fall‑protection hardware, and damaged lightning‑protection conductor.
• Install new metal ridge cap matching existing panel profile, reinstall fall‑protection system, and install new 2/0 aluminum lightning‑protection conductor.
• Provide a 2‑year workmanship warranty, submittal register, weekly progress reports, and as‑built/record drawings per Air Force specifications.
