Description
The City of Winston-Salem is seeking bids for the supply of concrete pipe. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest total price, and the city may award two contracts: one for pick-up and one for delivery. The bidder must provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and insurance applicable to perform the service in accordance with the specifications. The prices shall be quoted firm for the period January 2026 thru December 31, 2026.
• The bidder must provide reinforced concrete pipe ASTM C 76-79, Class III.
• The bidder must provide prices for different pipe diameters, including 12", 15", 18", 24", 30", 36", 42", 48", 54", 60", 66", and 72".
• The bidder must include lifting holes on all eight-foot joints of pipe sized 42" diameter or greater.
• The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to make the award in the best interest of the city.
