Lakemont Center Drainage Improvements

The City of Wheat Ridge is seeking bids for the Lakemont Center Drainage Improvements project. The base bid includes removing and replacing approximately 13 linear feet of 12-inch HDPE and installing a 48-inch diameter manhole, as well as providing bypass pumping and dewatering, cleaning and cameraing storm pipes, and performing minor landscaping and other related work. The project also includes several bid alternates for single spot pipe repairs and cured-in-place pipe lining. The completion time for the project is 30 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. • The project requires a mandatory pre-bid meeting on November 4, 2025, at 2:00pm. • Bidders must submit their questions by November 11, 2025, at 2:00pm. • The bid submission deadline is November 20, 2025, at 2:00pm. • The City reserves the right to reject any bid that does not meet the requirements of the project. • The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price. • The project is subject to various federal and state regulations, including the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1991.
