Ground Application - Exotics Wetland & Veg Control (ERM)

The Palm Beach County is seeking a contractor to provide ground application services for exotics wetland and vegetation control. The contractor will be responsible for completing the work as specified in the contract. The contract will require the contractor to complete schedules 1-4, which include information about the subcontractors and subconsultants, payment requests, and actual payments made. The contractor must also comply with the SBD Ordinance and submit a complaint to the OSBD if a violation is believed to have occurred. • The contractor must complete and submit the required schedules with their bid or proposal. • The contractor must identify all subcontractors and subconsultants and indicate the dollar amount or percentage of work for each. • The contractor must submit a separate Schedule 2 for each subcontractor and subconsultant. • The contractor must submit a Schedule 3 with each payment request. • The contractor must comply with the SBD Ordinance and submit a complaint to the OSBD if a violation is believed to have occurred.
