Prequalification: Sertoma Arts Center Improvements Project

The City of Raleigh is seeking prequalification documentation from principal trade and specialty contractors for the Sertoma Arts Center Improvements Project. The project includes grading, storm drainage, utilities, site improvements, paving, landscaping, and fencing, as well as partial demolition and renovation of the existing two-story arts center, along with a new one-story addition. The expanded facility will feature vocational arts classrooms, a multipurpose room, and support spaces. The scope also includes interior utility improvements and full MEP system upgrades. • The project is located at 1400 W. Millbrook Road, Raleigh, NC 27612. • The project will disturb approximately 1.25-acres of the 23.44-acre overall site area. • The City of Raleigh has an aspirational goal of 15% participation by certified minority and women-owned businesses in City construction and repair contracts. • Bid packages for this project will be advertised on the NC eVP system, and only prequalified bidders will be eligible to bid.
