The project consists of: Renovation of the existing West Hills Hospital building. Required trades: Survey, cast-in-place concrete, masonry, structural steel, casework & countertops, insulation, EIFS, metal panels, doors, frames & hardware, aluminum storefront, non-structural metal stud framing, drywall & acoustic systems, ceramic tiling, resilient flooring, carpeting, resinous floor & wall systems, painting, specialties, residential appliances, window coverings, fire suppression, plumbing, hvac, and electrical. Approximate budget is $25,800,000Bid documents are anticipated December 2025, for qualified subcontractors. Construction start: March 2026 Your participation is important to us.
