Description
The State of Missouri is seeking a qualified vendor to provide equipment maintenance, repair, diagnostics, and parts for the Department of Conservation and Department of Natural Resources. The contractor will be responsible for providing services for various equipment types and brands, including construction and forestry equipment, and agricultural equipment. The contractor must maintain a reasonable inventory of repair parts and expandable maintenance parts and provide a minimum 30-day warranty on all labor for repairs and maintenance.
Some key points to consider:
• The contractor shall provide equipment maintenance, repair, diagnostics, and parts for one, some, or all of the regions stated within Attachment 1, Missouri Regions.
• The contractor must provide maintenance, repair, diagnostics, and parts to all counties included in each region proposed.
• The contractor shall either provide the services directly or shall provide a person/personnel who must comply with the requirements stated herein.
• The contractor may use subcontractors to perform diagnostics on equipment in which the contractor does not currently have the proper equipment to perform the diagnostics.
• The state agencies reserve the right to purchase parts and make repairs at their own discretion.
