Unmanned Drone Platform, hardware, and training

The Navy is conducting market research for a complete unmanned drone system package to be fielded at Stennis Space Center, MS. The requirement includes fifteen 10‑inch digital FPV rotary‑wing strike drones, two expeditionary ground‑control stations, supporting hardware (battery packs, Starlink kits, FPV goggles), and a five‑day on‑site operator and instructor training course. All equipment must meet stringent DoD security standards (NDAA, Blue UAS Cleared List) and integrate with existing tactical software (ATAK, MANTRAS) using AES‑256‑encrypted 4.9‑5.9 GHz communications. • 15× 10‑inch FPV UAVs with 2.5 kg payload, ≥40 mph cruise, 40 min endurance, 35 km range • 2× mobile GCS backpacks (≤3 min deployment) with displaced RF links, RolaTube masts, ATAK‑integrated tablets • Supporting kits: 6 FPV goggles, 2 auxiliary battery packs, 2 Starlink backhaul units, and a 5‑day training program • Must be on the DoD Blue UAS Cleared List and free of unauthorized foreign microelectronics.
