GARDNERS BASIN SITE RENOVATIONS PHASE 2 BLOCK 103 LOTS 3, 4, 6

The City of Atlantic City is seeking bids for the renovation of Gardners Basin Site Phase 2, Block 103, Lots 3, 4, and 6. The project includes mobilization, demolition, general construction, site utilities, plumbing systems, electrical systems, mechanical systems, and other related work. The contract time is 365 calendar days, and the bid must include all plant, labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and facilities necessary for the project. The city reserves the right to require the successful bidder to perform emergent work, and the bidder must comply with all state laws and regulations concerning workers' compensation and maintain insurance to protect the city against claims for damages.
