The City of Salina is seeking a qualified vendor to supply one new (or demo) Fairway Mower for its municipal golf course. The mower must meet detailed technical specifications—including a ≥24 HP diesel engine, 22‑in. reel, ≥7 mph ground speed, power‑steering, safety ROPS, and a suite of accessories—and be delivered FOB to the golf course with full manufacturer warranties (minimum one year). The contract also allows the City to receive a trade‑in credit for an existing 2012 Toro Reelmaster 5510, which must be quoted separately. Bids are to be submitted in a sealed envelope by the deadline, with no bid security required, and the award will go to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The City will pay a lump‑sum invoice within 30 days of acceptance.
