IT Boot Camp Course Offering - RFP

The University of Kansas is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to establish a partnership for the delivery of high-quality, noncredit IT and technology-focused training programs (boot camps) that align with workforce demands and university standards. The successful respondent will have the infrastructure, instructional platform, and operational capacity to deliver training programs while collaborating with KU on marketing strategies, learner outcomes, and curriculum content. Key requirements include: • Demonstrating experience partnering with large public educational institutions • Demonstrating understanding of the KC area market’s training needs • Demonstrating capacity to grow a successful boot camp portfolio with university partners while maintaining and improving efficiency, responsiveness, and program quality • Delivering training via a secure, scalable, and accessible online learning environment • Complying with FERPA, PCI-DSS, and KU’s data governance policies • Providing quarterly performance reports including demographics, enrollment tracking, instructional performance, student outcomes and satisfaction, and career outcomes
