Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division seeks a qualified contractor to establish and execute a comprehensive maintenance‑and‑repair program for its Bobcat forklift fleet. The effort includes preventive maintenance, annual safety inspections, load testing, monthly power‑washing/detailing, and warranty‑preserving repairs performed by an authorized Bobcat dealer. The contract spans a twelve‑month period with quarterly preventive‑maintenance tasks and monthly cleaning services, and requires timely reporting of service, safety, testing, inspection schedules, and repair lists.
• Perform quarterly preventive maintenance, annual safety inspections, and load testing on all Bobcat forklifts.
• Provide monthly power‑washing and detailing to prevent grease/debris buildup.
• Use only genuine Bobcat parts, fluids, and authorized dealer services to maintain warranty coverage.
• Submit service, safety, and testing reports within 2 days of completion, and deliver inspection schedules at least 5 days prior to each inspection.
