Description
The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for its Region 1 Office in Jackson, Madison County. The contract is a three‑year, sealed bid, with a monthly service requirement of 12 months per year. Scope includes routine cleaning of office spaces, restrooms (including a shower), window cleaning (including lift‑required exterior windows), floor maintenance (excluding stripping/waxing), and monthly window/rafter cleaning. Work hours are limited to Monday/Wednesday/Friday. The vendor must be able to supply the necessary personnel (10‑20 workers on average) and may use subcontractors only with prior state approval.
