Request for Proposals (RFP) for On-Call Traffic Engineering Services

The County of Santa Cruz Department of Community Development and Infrastructure is seeking proposals from qualified firms for on-call professional traffic engineering services. The selected consultants will provide services including qualitative analysis of general traffic circulation and transportation issues, formulation of options and recommendations for both general and specific projects, design of selected traffic improvements, and preparation and implementation of traffic signal coordination and timing plans. The contract term is expected to be for three years from the date of approval, with an anticipated $200,000 contract sum per year per consultant. • The County is anticipating selecting up to two consultants. • The contract term is expected to be for three years from the date of approval. • The contract sum is anticipated to be $200,000 per year per consultant. • The County reserves the right to amend this RFP by addendum before the closing date. • The County reserves the right to reject any and all responses to this RFP.
