Description
The State of Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for lodging services near Grand Rapids, MN, for a conference from October 5-8, 2026. The contract will be for a single occupancy lodging for up to 35 people within 15 miles of 402 SE 11th Street, Grand Rapids, MN 55744-3955. The bidder must provide a price schedule, including all applicable taxes, service fees, and gratuity. The State reserves the right to award the contract to a single bidder or multiple bidders, and to reject any and all bids.
• The bidder must submit a response through the SWIFT Supplier Portal.
• The bidder must provide a completed Exhibit D Price Schedule.
• The bidder must provide samples of any transaction documents proposed for use under the resulting contract.
• The State reserves the right to inspect the facility prior to award.
