Description
The Erie VA Medical Center intends to make a sole source contract for DeMayo Adapt2Fit Modular Knee Positioner with Innovative Medical Products, Inc. The contract is for surgical positioners and associated components used to support orthopedic surgical procedures, including knee, hip, and shoulder cases. The positioners are required to safely position patients during total and partial joint replacement and repair procedures.
The key features of the positioners include unique clinical and operational characteristics, enhanced patient stability, precise limb positioning, modular flexibility, and compatibility with the Erie VA Medical Center’s existing operating room tables and surgeon training.
