Sources Sought for IA-Jet Westwind 1124 Recurrent Pilot Qualification Training

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking sources for IA-Jet Westwind 1124 Recurrent Pilot Qualification Training for Flight Standards Operations Inspectors. The training should include ground school, full flight simulator, and/or aircraft to enable the FAA inspector/pilot to pass a pilot-in-command proficiency check. The contractor must provide an approved training program, and the training should be conducted in accordance with the FAA's approved training program and the terms and conditions provided. The contractor should provide a copy of the aircraft Pilot's Operating Handbook (POH) to each inspector/pilot, and a completed certificate of training signed by both the inspector/pilot and the contractor's instructor upon completion of the training. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing recurrent pilot qualification training for FAA inspectors/pilots • Conducting training in accordance with the FAA's approved training program • Providing a copy of the aircraft Pilot's Operating Handbook (POH) to each inspector/pilot • Issuing a completed certificate of training upon completion of the training • Providing all necessary training aids and facilities, including a full flight simulator • Ensuring that all training is conducted in accordance with applicable FAA regulations
