6515--NOI SS Overhead Patient Ceiling Lifts

The Department of Veterans Affairs Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16 intends to issue and award a Sole Source contract to Premier Medical Distributers LLC for the installation and site prep of overhead patient lifts at the MEDVAMC. The contract will include the installation of Guldmann patient lifts in various clinics, including the Proctology Clinic, Radiology, GI Clinic, SCI Unit PT Gym, Cancer Clinic, 5H Surgery Center, and Dental Clinic. The contractor will provide non-union labor and hardware to install lifts in a typical 4m x 3m room, with 1 room per day, and 2 mobilizations of the installation team. The scope of work excludes electrical work, existing structure demo, modification, or reinstallation, and the contractor will perform light cleaning of the area but returning the room to its original condition is outside the scope of work. • The contract will include the installation of 1 GH3+ 605lb SWL, wifi capable, CLM and service modules, hanger bar, rails, trolleys, hardware - 3mx3m or smaller in the Proctology Clinic. • The contract will include the installation of 5 GH3+ 605lb SWL, wifi capable, CLM and service modules, hanger bar, rails, trolleys, hardware - 3mx3m or smaller in Radiology. • The contract will include the installation of 6 GH3+ 605lb SWL, wifi capable, CLM and service modules, hanger bar, rails, trolleys, hardware - 3mx3m or smaller in the GI Clinic. • The contract will include the installation of 1 GH3+ 605lb SWL, dynamic lift system, integrated scale wifi capable, CLM and service modules, hanger bar, rails, trolleys, hardware - 5mx5m or smaller in the SCI Unit PT Gym. • The contract will include the installation of 1 GH3+ 605lb SWL, wifi capable, CLM and service modules, hanger bar, rails, trolleys, hardware - 4mx3m in the Cancer Clinic. • The contract will include the installation of 1 GH3+ 605lb SWL, wifi capable, CLM and service modules, hanger bar, rails, trolleys, hardware - 4mx3m in the 5H Surgery Center. • The contract will include the installation of 4 GH3+ 605lb SWL, wifi capable, CLM and service modules, hanger bar, rails, trolleys, hardware - 4mx3m in the Dental Clinic.
