Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking information from vendors capable of providing Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) services across the enterprise at VA locations in multiple states. The required services include Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) lines, Caller ID feature, Call Forward feature, Call Hunting/Roll Over feature, and HSI/DSL Standalone 12-40 Mbps. The contractor must provide telecommunication services at the facilities 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with maximum availability.
