Description
The U.S. Embassy Phnom Penh has a requirement for a vendor to supply In Vitro Medical Diagnostic Reagent Kits, specifically Rapid Melioidosis Antibody and Antigen Lateral Flow Assays, for the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH). The kits should be able to detect Burkholderia pseudomallei antigens and antibodies. The vendor is expected to provide a quotation that includes the price, technical specifications, and product catalog. The quotation will be evaluated based on the lowest price, technically acceptable (LPTA) method.
* The kits should have a minimum shelf life of 12 months from the date of delivery.
* The kits should be packaged in a minimum of 20 tests per kit/box for the Rapid Lateral Flow Immunochromatography Assay and 25 tests per kit/box for the Rapid Immunochromatography Test.
* The vendor should provide country of origin of the manufacturer and guarantee that all items are new, in original packaging, and not altered in any way.
* The vendor should provide detailed technical specifications, product brochure or catalog, and ETA delivery and warranty terms.
* The delivery term is Door-to-Port (Techo International Airport), and the NIAID team will coordinate with the shipping team for delivery to the final destination.
