Paving

The Town of Hampton is seeking sealed written bid proposals from qualified contractors to provide roadway reconstruction and paving services. The work includes cold planning, sections of roadways with shim coats and overlays, full depth reclamation and paving of roadways, and related services. The contract duration will be from the award of the bid to December 21, 2026. • The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all personnel, labor, materials, equipment, and means for asphalt paving and associated operations. • The contractor will be required to provide a price of hot mix asphalt per ton for the Town at the Vendor’s plant for Town pickup. • The contractor will be responsible for the transportation and disposal of all millings to a disposal area of their choosing. • The contractor will be required to provide proof of insurance, including general liability, automobile liability, and workers' compensation insurance. • The contractor will be required to indemnify the Town against all liabilities, claims, costs, and expenses arising out of the negligence or willful act or omission of the contractor.
