Description
The Turner County Board of Commissioners is seeking proposals from architectural firms to provide pre- and post-award services for community and economic development projects. The projects include public infrastructure improvements such as water, sewer, paving, and drainage. The selected firm will be required to provide services including preparing preliminary architectural reports, planning, design, cost estimating, bidding, contracting, construction oversight, quality control, and project closeout. The firm must also comply with the Build America Buy America (BABA) requirements and certify compliance at project closeout.
