Description
Bartow County, GA is seeking qualified engineering consulting firms to provide design services for the Elm Street corridor (Main St. to SR 3). The scope includes preliminary and detailed engineering for enhanced drainage, sidewalk installation, and pedestrian access improvements that support the Downtown Development Authority Master Plan. The contract will be a multi‑phase, project‑specific agreement covering the preliminary engineering phase, with the possibility of additional phases for construction‑stage services. Firms must attend a mandatory offerors’ conference, submit written questions by early October, and deliver a sealed Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) by late October. Selection will be based on qualifications, experience with GDOT processes, and technical approach.
