The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) is seeking to purchase a 2024 (or latest model) Aerial Lift with Tracks, intended to be used for working on upper floors of buildings and getting into narrow wooded areas where the bucket trucks or trailered non-mobile lifts cannot access. The tracks will allow the unit to be moved without the use of its trailer. The vendor must provide on-site safety training, support, and all operator manuals of the product within 30 calendar days of receipt and acceptance.
• The Aerial Lift with Tracks must meet the minimum specifications outlined in the IFB, including a minimum platform height of 44', a maximum platform height of 61', and a minimum of four cavity pads.
• The lift must have black rubber tracks, a gasoline or diesel engine, and an electric hydraulic backup.
• The vendor must provide a three-year warranty of structural steel components.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The contract term will be a one-time purchase upon OSC approval.
