The Ohio Department of Health Bureau of Public Health Laboratory (BPHL) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide essential testing supplies, including dry gas, mouthpieces, and O-rings, for its Alcohol and Drug Testing (ADT) Program. The supplies will be used for statewide OVI enforcement in Ohio by State of Ohio Police Officers, Correction Officers, and State Highway Patrol. The vendor must provide standardization, continuity of program services, and admissibility in court.
