The U.S. Government Publishing Office, on behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs, is seeking a vendor to produce three separate envelope “jackets” (light‑brown Kraft booklet envelope, white window envelope, and white Kraft booklet envelope) with specific color printing, window cuts, and packaging requirements. The work includes printing agency logos and text, creating precise window openings, applying clear covering, generating press‑quality PDF proofs, and delivering the finished envelopes to a VA facility in Oregon by early September. The contract will be awarded to the lowest total bid covering all three envelope groups.
• 2,000 light‑brown Kraft booklet envelopes (10‑½×6 in) with black‑ink printing
• 25,000 white window envelopes (4‑1⁄8×9‑½ in) with Pantone 541 blue printing and a 4½×1⅛ in window
• 1,000 white Kraft booklet envelopes (11‑½×9 in) with black‑ink printing and similar window specs
• Required electronic press‑quality PDF proofs, random‑copy sub‑lot selection, traceable shipping, and strict packaging (500‑envelope cartons)
