RESPITE PROGRAM COORDINATION SERVICES

The County of Ulster is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Respite Education and Support Tools (REST) program project coordination services. The successful vendor will be responsible for facilitating in-home companion social respite care, recruiting and training volunteers, screening potential receivers of care, and reporting measurable outcomes. The contract term is for one year with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods. • The vendor must have experience in providing coordination services for respite care programs. • The vendor must be able to recruit and train volunteers. • The vendor must be able to screen potential receivers of care. • The vendor must be able to report measurable outcomes. • The vendor must have liability, workers' compensation, and disability coverage. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
