Description
The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) is seeking information from qualified providers to develop a statewide Employee Wellness Support Program for CDCR staff. The program must deliver 24/7 crisis intervention, critical‑incident debriefing, rapid mental‑health clinician access, short‑term and trauma‑specific therapy, wellness education, resource linkage, and annual wellness visits, with the capability to serve multiple sites simultaneously across the state, including remote locations. Respondents must submit a narrative response, a completed questionnaire, and a detailed cost analysis covering in‑person, telehealth, travel, and ancillary services. The information gathered will be used to issue a future Invitation for Bid; no contract award is made at this stage.

• Delivery options include in‑person, telehealth, and hybrid models, with coverage for at‑least five concurrent worksites statewide.
