Description
Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking qualified vendors to provide outside window cleaning for all towers at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. The work covers all glass windows above the 1st floor across multiple towers, to be performed semi‑annually with a flat‑rate fee for routine cleaning and an hourly rate for any specialty tasks. Bidders must accommodate the Cherokee Tower’s lack of an anchoring system, submit a certificate of insurance before work begins, and keep their pricing firm for 90 days. The contract may be awarded to one or multiple vendors, and all bids are confidential.
• Clean exterior windows on Hard Rock Tower (19 floors), Cherokee Tower (7 floors, no anchoring), Suite Tower (10 floors), Carvers on 19 (19th‑floor only) and EDR Windows (2nd floor of Hard Rock).
• Semi‑annual cleaning schedule; flat‑rate for regular service plus hourly for specialty projects.
• Must provide COI, TERO certification, and comply with tribal employment and insurance requirements.
