Construction Inspection IDIQ

The Federal Highway Administration, Central Federal Lands Highway Division (CFLHD), is soliciting qualifications for construction inspection services for transportation-related construction projects. The selected firms will provide construction inspection services, including on-site inspection, contract administration, and technical support. The services will be performed in accordance with the construction policies and procedures established by CFLHD. The firm must have a valid license to practice architecture and engineering (A&E) in at least one of the states within CFLHD's geographic region and have the capacity to perform construction inspection services in all 14 states. Some key responsibilities include: • On-site inspection to verify compliance with contract specifications and safety standards • Contract administration and technical support • Materials testing and inspection • Project record-keeping and reporting • Environmental and safety compliance The firm must submit a qualifications package, including a Standard Form 330 and responses to evaluation factors. The evaluation process will consist of two phases, with the first phase reviewing qualifications and the second phase evaluating cost proposals.
