Description
The Ozaukee County is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a housing needs assessment. The scope of work includes analyzing the housing stock and market, identifying gaps in the local housing market, and developing strategies to address the current and future needs of the community. The goal is to ensure that housing opportunities are provided for households of all types, ages, and income levels. The project is expected to start in June-July 2026 and be completed by the end of 2026.
