Description
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command – Fort Bliss is seeking sources for solid waste and refuse removal services. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to deliver services in cantonment areas, training areas, and base camps. The government will provide refuse dumpsters, while the contractor will handle all maintenance and repairs. The estimated period of performance is six months, beginning on 03 January 2026 and ending on 02 July 2026, with the possibility of extending for an additional six months.
• The contract type is anticipated to be Firm-Fixed Priced.
• The proposed contract is anticipated to include tasking that would be accomplished by labor categories that are subject to the Service Contract Act or a collective bargaining agreement.
• The contractor must comply with applicable installation, facility, and area commander installation/facility access and local security policies and procedures.
• The contractor must provide all information required for background checks to meet installation access requirements.
