Scaffolding/Containment Services for 154 Foot Fast Response Cutter

The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to provide scaffolding and containment services for a 154-foot Fast Response Cutter. The contractor will be responsible for designing, building, and removing a containment structure around the vessel, including a fireproof shrink wrap material, a roof, and a staging system. The structure must be able to sustain wind gusts up to 60MPH and a load of six inches of wet snow. The contractor will also be responsible for providing weekly safety inspections and repairs of the enclosure. The project is expected to start on April 12, 2026, and must be completed within nine calendar days. The removal of the containment will start on or about June 28, 2026, and must be completely removed by July 3, 2026.
