Description
The Naval Supply Systems Command is seeking a quotation for WEBCAV coverage for the period of 01 January 2025 through 31 December 2025. The contractor will be required to provide web-based commercial asset visibility reporting under the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00383-24-G-N301. The scope of work includes providing a throughput constraint for each National Stock Number (NSN) and ensuring that all transactions are accurately reported by the end of the fifth regular business day after receipt. The contractor must also maintain the total equipment baseline configuration of the parts on this contract, including hardware, software, and firmware.
• The contractor must provide a firm fixed price for the services.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to hazardous materials and configuration management.
• The contractor must provide a detailed pricing proposal, including delivery (turn-around time) for repair of the units cited in the order.
• The contractor must ensure that all excess empty reusable shipping and storage containers are turned-in to the nearest Container Reuse and Refurbishment Center (CRRC).
