Jaggaer eProcurement–SUNY FMS Integration Services

The State University of New York at Stony Brook is seeking proposals for the development of integrations between the Jaggaer eProcurement System and SUNY's Financial Management System (FMS). The integrations will support contract encumbrances and payments, ensuring compliance with requirements to process transactions above certain thresholds under contracts rather than standalone Purchase Orders (POs). The goal is to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and eliminate duplicative data entry. • The proposed solution should integrate Jaggaer eProcurement with SUNY FMS for contract encumbrances and payments. • The integration should ensure compliance with requirements to process transactions above certain thresholds under contracts rather than standalone POs. • The solution should improve efficiency, reduce costs, and eliminate duplicative data entry. • The contract term is expected to be 12-18 months. • The location of the project is Stony Brook University.
