Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide laundry compressors and related services for the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System. The contract includes the provision of two compressors, startup and commissioning services, and training for VA staff. The contractor must meet specific technical requirements and certify compliance with limitations on subcontracting. The government contemplates awarding a firm-fixed-price contract.
• The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, hardware, maintenance, and support necessary to ensure the compressors function at full capacity.
• The contractor shall provide startup and commissioning services within one week from government installation.
• The contractor shall provide basic training to VA staff on system operation and monitoring tools.
• The contractor shall comply with the limitations on subcontracting specified in the contract.
• The contractor shall provide all equipment manuals, warranty documentation, and start-up reports.
