Description
The State of West Virginia Department of Agriculture is seeking a vendor to provide two (2) discard autoclave and one (1) media autoclave laboratory steam sterilizers. The autoclaves must meet specific requirements, including being microcomputer-controlled, having stainless steel 316L chambers, and being compatible with existing facility dimensions. The vendor must also provide on-site training and a comprehensive warranty. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the lowest overall total cost for the contract items.
* The contract items must meet specific requirements, including:
+ Being microcomputer-controlled steam sterilizers
+ Having stainless steel 316L chambers
+ Being compatible with existing facility dimensions
+ Having pre-programmable cycles and audible and visual cycle deviations warnings
+ Being UL listed and CSA approved
+ Having a comprehensive warranty
* The vendor must provide on-site training for a minimum of three (3) people and a maximum of four (4) people for a maximum of 8 hours
* The contract will be awarded for a one-time purchase, with a term of one year from the date of installation and acceptance
