Description
The Argonne National Laboratory is seeking a quotation for a microwave generator and process control unit. The solicitation includes a statement of work and requires the supplier to provide a firm fixed price quotation. The quotation must include the unit price, total price, and a description of the materials and/or services provided. The laboratory reserves the right to accept or reject quotations on each item separately.
• The microwave generator and process control unit must be supplied in accordance with the attached Appendix B Statement of Work.
• The quotation must include the country of origin and anticipated ship date.
• The supplier must provide a published price list or redacted invoice to support the quoted pricing.
• The laboratory is self-insured, and shipping insurance charges are unallowable and will not be accepted.
