Description
The Pearl Public School District is inviting sealed bids for the purchase of surplus property in the form of portable classrooms. The sale will be conducted in accordance with the Mississippi Code 1972, Sections 31-7-13 and relevant regulations. The portable classrooms are being sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees provided by the School District. Bidders must submit their bids by June 8, 2026, at 10:00 am. The bid evaluation criteria include the total amount offered, compliance with bid requirements, and ability to meet removal and payment terms.
• The bid process and sale are governed by Mississippi Code Section 317-13, as amended, and other applicable laws.
• The successful bidder will be responsible for the removal of the portable classrooms at their own expense.
• The School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to accept any part of a bid deemed most advantageous to the district.
• Bids that do not meet the conditions outlined in this invitation will be rejected.
