Sale of Town-Owned Technology Equipment 2025

The Town of New Milford is offering for sale various pieces of used technology equipment, including cellular modems, desktops, IP phones, laptops, monitors, printers, servers, switches, microfilm readers, and televisions. The equipment is being sold "as is" and "where is" with no warranty. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the equipment prior to submitting a bid. The successful bidder will be required to make payment by certified check or money order within ten working days of the date of award. • The equipment is being sold in lots, and bidders can submit bids on one or more lots. • The Town of New Milford reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids in part or in whole. • The successful bidder will be required to remove the equipment from the premises within ten working days of the notification date of the award. • The Town of New Milford will exercise usual care for the protection of the equipment up to the time limit for removal, but will not be responsible for any loss or damage from any cause whatsoever.
